• Heavy lifting involved with completed products

• Greet and Welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
• Answer Enquiries by Phone and Email
• Meeting with Clients in house showcasing our Windows & Doors
• Data entry
• Maintain organized filling systems both manual and digital documents
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
•  Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment

Ideal Candidate

• Can work well independently
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
• Familiarity with Share Point/Excel form/Microsoft Office 365.

• We specialize in a Unique Product -Training will be provided so our candidate will have full knowledge of our products as they grow their sales expertise
• Be able to Read Building Plans and Architectural Drawings
• Visiting and maintaining a working relationship with our Dealers and Contractors in the HRM and also will involve travel to NB, PE on a monthly basis
• Meeting with Architects to promote our Products
• Attend meetings and gain knowledge in the fenestration Industry
• Network with local organizations, attend industry events
• Driving License Required
